Trip to Civil Affairs to get passport photos taken

Immediately after "Gotcha Day" we had to travel to the Civil Affairs office to get photos taken for Rachel's Chinese passport.  She is so sweet!  Can't believe we finally have her with us -- God has blessed us beyond measure!
